Sam Elkington; Senior Partner, Hodgson Elkington

Sam Elkington is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an Honours Degree in Urban Land Economics. He has been involved in the business for over 35 years and during which time he has specialised in property management and related professional fields. Sam now provides expert advice on property development and investment, property management, dilapidation and Housing Act matters and has a special interest in the economic regeneration of rural areas. He was one of the founding partners of the new partnership formed in 1990. Married with two sons, his interests include rugby and shooting.
