A development which could be situated at junctions A4023 & A435 east of Redditch has taken a step closer after Redditch Council gave it the green light, subject to legal agreements. The development, which would see more than 2,500 jobs created in the region, went before the council chiefs last month. The project, which lies between three districts, would still need to get permission from Stratford as Bromsgrove Council also gave approval to the project on the 4th December.

The site could potentially be a 75-acre development made up of three areas being B1 (business), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage or distribution). The site makes up one of the four key ‘game-changer’ employment sites which present unique opportunities for businesses with the potential for growth.

We’re delighted to have Stoford Developments attending our event in Worcester where they’ll be able to give further details on where they’re up to with the plans, and the pipeline of work if the three councils give the site the go-ahead. We’re also joined by Malvern Hill Science Park, another of the ‘game-changer’ sites.

You can still book tickets for the event here.
