Keepmoat Homes have officially kick started the second stage of the Roman Fields residential development in Peterborough. The site, at Manor Drive, will deliver over 450 new homes to the region in a huge boost for housing.

Keepmoat Homes, one of the UK’s leading house builders, have now unveiled two new show homes at the site as the ribbon was cut this week. It paves the way to the second phase of development which was initially granted planning permission in August 2017, and 87 homes have already been built and occupied in the first stage of development.

The second phase will be built in partnership – with TWC, Church Commissioners and Homes England all involved within the land consortium.

Housing within the region was a key topic at our Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Economic Growth Conference which is set to return for a second year this year – supported by Cambridge & Peterborough Combined Authority and other regional and local authorities – which discusses key topics such as housing, infrastructure, transport, devolution, skills and more.
