Work begins on Northern Quarter office project Posted on: February 8th, 2019 Construction work has begun on an impressive new development in Manchester – brought forward by property developer CERT Property. The scheme, based in the thriving Northern Quarter, is set to deliver much needed office space within the city. [emaillocker id=”71749″] CERT Property, who’ll be speaking at our Midlands Development Conference about some of their future schemes, have designed the new building to be in keeping with modern trends of working. The 35,000 sq ft Hilton House development will comprise of flexible office space as the ways of work continue to change in the modern world. Howard Lord, Managing Director at CERT Property and speaker at our Midlands Development Conference in Nottingham, said: “We’re working with local talent to create a building which captures the Northern Quarter’s rich heritage, while also recognising that the working world is evolving. The demand for a character office space in the area is high and it is our aim to restore life into buildings like Hilton House to unlock their true potential and deliver new office solutions across the north of England.” The building is set to be ready by the summer of 2019.
