A spokesperson said: ‘’Our substantial experience throughout the country, covering a wide range of communities and development types, coupled with our knowledge of property legislation, Dead of Conditions and the management of common obligations ensures we are at the forefront of the Scottish Property Factoring. We’re therefore delighted to be showcasing this as a sponsor of the Edinburgh Development Plans Conference.’’
