  • Ashton Gate Ltd – following on from the successful £45m transformation of the Stadium they’re now looking to pump an additional £100m into the site – extending the stadium footprint, building a 4,000-capacity stadium for Bristol Flyers, the creation of 2 hotels, housing and more.
  • Legal & General – L&G have some incredible projects planned in the South West including Bristol Temple Island regeneration scheme as well as their £400m Bath Quay site covering five acres, and many BTR schemes planned in Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.
  • Bath & North East Somerset Council – the Bath Quays development is set to be transformational. The Somer Valley Enterprise Zone is a game-changer for the region. And they’re just two schemes on the agenda as the Council reveal further intel on these and other development sites acting as a catalyst for growth in the region.
  • Network Rail – Network Rail are investing heavily in the South West – and they’re commercialising their property. Kirsten will share information on how this will bring new projects and schemes the South West.

The VIP Lunch will run between 12:30-15:00 with private dining at a top restaurant (Michelin starred if available). The restaurant will be close to the conference venue with a maximum of 25 VIP guests in total. The dinner will be a relaxed and formal setting with a managed conversation from the lunch host.
