The East Midlands is going through an incredible period of growth.   • CWC Group are planning a £800m 600-acre development on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, and they’ll be revealing exclusive intel on this scheme. Initial infrastructure to unlock the site is in consultation period before they look to begin work on this new 3,000 community.
  • Blueprint Regeneration are an award-winning JV partnership between Places for People Capital, Nottingham City Council and Igloo Regeneration. With 14,000 new homes needed in Nottingham over the next ten years Blueprint are set to play a crucial role in the delivery of housing and they’ll reveal details on their future plans.
  • D2N2LEP will discuss the LEP’s local industry strategy and also their Vision 2030 plan which will drive fresh investment into the region.
  • Leicestershire City Council have huge developments in the pipeline including thousands of houses, major employment zones, a massive energy from waste plant, infrastructure upgrades and more and we’ll hear about their plans.
