This webinar will gather a host of councils, developers and public sector decision makers to discuss the projects they will be carrying out with funding from the £3.6bn Towns Fund and the £830m Future High Streets Fund.

We will learn how they will use the funding to revitalise town centres and high streets, counter the hit trade and retail have taken during Covid 19 and enable inclusive regeneration and development. Several hundred million pounds of investment and development projects will be discussed, along with details of opportunities for collaboration and how to get involved

  • East Lindsey District Council – East Lindsay District Council, along with the Connected Coast Board recently secured Town Deals for Skegness and Mablethorpe worth a combined £48.4 million. This will enable the council to bring their Town Investment Plans for life and move forward with a number of projects including: renovation of Skegness railway station, a new FE campus, a medical and innovation hub and town centre transformation projects in both towns. Lydia will discuss these exciting plans and how they will benefit locals, attract tourists and lead to further regeneration in the region.
