Keith Lilley started his career with the NHS as a management trainee. Keith was initially based in Yorkshire moving to Guys and Lewisham NHS Trust in 1988. In 1993 Keith returned to Yorkshire joining the Royal Hallamshire Hospital as its first Commercial Manager. After six years at Sheffield, Keith joined the newly established Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as Director of Facilities. After six years Keith joined the University of York as Director of Facilities, as it began the major expansion of the Campus, with an initial development of around 65,000m2 of new buildings. Keith also steered the business development of a new Sports Village at the University which has received funding from the local authority and Sport England. Keith started work as Director of Estates and Facilities Management at the University of Sheffield in September 2010. The University has embarked on ambitious plans to improve and expand its city centre campus and Advanced Manufacturing Research centres at Catcliffe. The University is delivering significant investment in Engineering with the centrepiece being a 20,000m2 Engineering facility at the heart of the campus. Keith is totally enthused by the opportunity of contributing to the success of one the UK’s leading HE institutions, and directing significant investment in his adopted home city.
Campbell joined Harworth Estates in September 2011 from Clugston Estates Limited, where he led the Property Development & Asset Management Division of the Humberside-based Clugston Group, a property and construction business. Prior to his time at Clugston, he worked in the private property consultancy profession with Chesterton plc and later Ryden LLP, specialising in business space and development consultancy. Campbell’s role oversees the management of our business space portfolio and promotes new commercial development on our existing estate, including R-evolution @ the AMP – Yorkshire’s first speculative build development for more than 6 years.
Nalin joined the Sheffield City Council as Director of Property and Facilities Management Services in 2009. In 2013 he took on the responsibility for Capital and Major Projects, with delivery of the New Retail Quarter being top priority. After spending 20 years in the Construction Industry working for John Mowlem plc and Midas Construction Ltd, where he became an executive director, Nalin joined Plymouth City Council and spent 5 years there re-shaping its property service along with Economic Development responsibility. Nalin’s experience in the property industry spans over twenty-five years in surveying and project management with commercial and contract management experience. At Sheffield, Nalin is responsible for the property portfolio of England’s 3rd largest unitary authority, with a diverse estate from which services are delivered to Sheffield’s 550,000 citizens.
Vivienne Clements is a Director for Henry Boot Developments Limited, part of the Henry Boot Group of Companies which was formed back in 1886. Henry Boot Developments has an impressive track record in many sectors of commercial property development, including retail, mixed-used, industrial and office with particular expertise in creating and delivering under development partnerships.
