Leader of Northamptonshire County Council – Heather Smith – will set the scene on the local scene regarding frameworks and schemes that are on their radar and will also touch on the bigger picture as far as the County is concerned.
Ashfield Land are a prolific developer across the UK and they have a significant scheme in Northampton called ‘Rail central’, a proposed new strategic rail freight interchange in Northamptonshire. James Digby one of the company Directors will talk about the creation of a UK leading logistics and distribution capability potentially offering up to 8 million sq ft of rail-connected and rail-served space.
Darlow Hemphill is a Property Development and refurbishment company delivering quality homes for the sale and rental markets in the Northampton area. We are pleased to welcome Director and Co-Founder Ricky Darlow, to our event to tell us about their current activities and how they are succeeding in today’s competitive market place.
MEPC and Silverstone Park is one of the big stories in Northampton and we are delighted to welcome back Commercial Director Roz Bird to provide an update on this scheme and the plans that MEPC have moving forward.
