Godwin Development have submitted planning permission for a huge residential development in Hampton Vale. Stephen Pratt, Land Director and Co-Founder of Godwin Developments, will be joining us at the Peterborough Development Plans Conference on the 8th March where he’ll be discussing the scheme in more details.

The land was acquired by GD with an existing detailed planning consent – although Godwin have tweaked planned before re-submitting them for approval. The original plans had consent for 62 residential units with car parking, alongside a 5000sq ft commercial unit. The revised plans will see the scheme increase residential space to 75 one and two bedroom apartments with 7,500sq ft of retail space with car parking.

The sought-after site, which will boast fantastic views over the lake, has been described by Godwin Developments as ‘an investor hot spot’ due to ‘good rental yields and a great purchase area with help to buy schemes available’. With good transport links to the A1, A605 and A15 it’s a good commuter area to the surrounding area.

Join us for the Peterborough Development Plans Conference to hear more from Godwin Developments, whilst also hearing from others in the region such as Sladen Estates and Peterborough City Council.
