A major hotel project at London Heathrow Airport has reached its final stages this week. The development, a dual-branded hotel brought forward by the Arora Group who’re set to speak at our Heathrow Development Plans Conference, will comprise of two InterContinental Hotel Group-branded properties – the Crowne Plaza London (Heathrow Terminal 4) and Holiday Inn Express London (Heathrow Terminal 4).

The scheme is one of the largest hotel openings in the UK this year – with a total of 761 rooms across the hotels. The hotel is expected to be completed and opened in October and will become the largest hotel complex directly connected to a British Airport Terminal. The hotels, which will be connected to the airport through a link-bridge with direct access to the London Underground and Express train services, will include:

Crowne Plaza London (Heathrow Terminal 4) – The hotel will incorporate 304 bedrooms, along with offering five meeting rooms and three food and drink beverage units.

Holiday Inn Express (Heathrow Terminal 4) – The hotel will be slightly larger with 457 bedrooms in total, which incorporates the inclusion of an express bar and café.
