Northern cities leading the development charge… Posted on: September 27th, 2018 Research carried out by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) has revealed that cities in the North of England are leading the development charge within the UK. The report, done on behalf of Royal Mail, shows Manchester has applied for the most new development plans in the country over the past three years following by: Leeds Wigan Liverpool It’s further backing of the ‘Northern Powerhouse’ and the Northern Powerhouse Partnership, who’ll be discussing the agenda at the HS2 Economic Growth Conference in November, have welcomed the news.
