Wheatley, who’re speaking at the Glasgow Development Plans Event about their future projects, have chosen Glasgow’s Meat Market for their newest scheme, a location already at the focus on major development as Home Group build new homes in the city’s east end.
The proposed plans lodged for 254 units comprise of:
- Mix of family housing and flats
- 240 affordable homes
- 79 one-bed and 173 two-bed flats
- 20 ground floor flats with wheelchair access
- 75 car parking spaces
The redevelopment is due to be completed in 2024 – and Wheatley Group will outline the pipeline of development at our Glasgow Development Plans Event. Click here to register for the event >
