Wheatley Group Proposes New Housing Scheme In Glasgow

Developer Wheatley Group has revealed fresh plans to deliver more than 250 new housing units in Glasgow – as they continue their growth across Scotland. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

Wheatley, who’re speaking at the Glasgow Development Plans Event about their future projects, have chosen Glasgow’s Meat Market for their newest scheme, a location already at the focus on major development as Home Group build new homes in the city’s east end.

The proposed plans lodged for 254 units comprise of:

Mix of family housing and flats
240 affordable homes
79 one-bed and 173 two-bed flats
20 ground floor flats with wheelchair access
75 car parking spaces
