With ongoing development, and a recently announced £500m investment into the city centre, Cardiff is set to undergo a major make-over in the coming years impacting the built environment like never before.

  • Vastint – the firm own ‘The Embankment’ site, covering 10 acres, but they’re outlining a 15-acre masterplan incorporating Cardiff City Council owned land to transform this derelict brownfield site. Andrew will share intel into the development, the pipeline and future plans.
