The city of Leeds and the surrounding region is undergoing a major transformation as the city centre is set to double in size. Investors and developers are being attracted more and more to the city – and with the HS2 and Northern Powerhouse agenda’s ongoing, and the announcement of Channel 4’s relocation to the city, there is a real positivity surrounding the region. High-level and influential professionals from the construction and property industry will gather at this event to hear exactly what schemes are being brought forward as they look to connect and build relationships with others in the region. Artisan Real Estate – the developer sees Leeds as an important city in their growth plans and their first scheme will be a new sustainable residential-led development on a key regeneration site. They’re currently revisiting their initial plans for the site and will reveal all at our event.

Rushbond – the firm have been behind some great success stories in Leeds such as The Corn Exchange, The Majestic, Stonebridge Mill and more. At this event they’ll share details on their ongoing schemes and future projects – including the new 1,000 home Leeds City Village which is currently in planning.

McLaren Property – Mclaren Property have plans submitted to build a 17-storey office development in Leeds city centre.  This will consist of a 300,000 sq ft office building, which includes four ground-floor shops and a 120-space basement car park.

Leeds City Council – Leeds is experiencing an unprecedented economic boom and Eve is at the heart of this growth. Eve will be providing an update on the Council’s growing Inclusive Growth Strategy and the 12 big ideas being developed to achieve this, focused on productivity, enhanced placemaking and increased city-wide innovation.

The VIP Lunch will run between 12:30-15:00 with private dining at a top restaurant (Michelin starred if available). The restaurant will be close to the conference venue with a maximum of 25 VIP guests in total. The lunch will be a relaxed and formal setting with a managed conversation from the lunch host.
