Nicolas Guerin, Managing Director; Linkcity

Nicolas has been with the Bouygues Group for over 23 years and has over 18 years’ experience in property development. Prior to being appointed as Managing Director in 2012, he was head of the London region for four years.

Nicolas leads a team of 45 professionals developing schemes such as Hallsville Quarter in Canning Town, one of the biggest urban regeneration schemes in the UK, as well as residential and commercial projects.

His experience ranges from high-rise office buildings in Paris’s La Défense district to mixed-use projects, including the development of numerous homes, shops and student accommodation buildings in France and the UK.
