Paul Pavia, Head of Development; MEPC

Paul joined MEPC in 2008 as Development Manager, having built up 15 years’ experience working as a Project Manager in several London based consultancy practices.  Paul now Heads the Development Team at MEPC reporting directly to the CEO and is also a member of the MEPC Executive Board.  Much of Paul’s time is spent on Wellington Place, Leeds, where he is working with his team to deliver a masterplan of 1.4million square feet of commercial and residential development.

I lead the delivery of the Local Growth Fund including the West Yorkshire Transport Fund; LCR Housing and Regeneration projects and the LEP Skills Capital Programme.
