Her previous experience includes Head of New Business at the region’s inward investment agency, Business Development Director of ERBI, Manager of the East of England Stem Cell Network and founder of the UK’s BioPharmaMarket web portal. Jeanette is responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies to attract pharmaceutical companies such as AstraZeneca as well as biotech and medtech companies to the Campus. Rob Hall; Deputy Managing Director, Hill Residential Rob is a Chartered Surveyor with a wide range of experience in the property industry gained over the last 25 years. Working on a wide variety of projects in the consultancy and housebuilding sector, and with a background in Agency and Development, he has worked extensively in London and the Eastern Region, being previously with both Bidwells and Carter Jonas. Since joining Hill, 10 years ago, Rob has led the delivery of new private sale developments, coordinating the company’s acquisition and joint venture programme, with responsibility for ensuring the groups pipeline of projects. He has considerable experience of land acquisition and setting up and delivering joint venture projects, as well as sales and marketing. As a leading housebuilder, Hill has developed a reputation for delivering distinctive quality homes, often in partnership with Housing Associations and the private sector. Rob recognises the need for businesses to work in an open transparent manner to ensure all parties’ interests are met. Hill is well known in the Cambridge market for its award winning schemes at Ceres, cb1 and The Avenue at Saffron Walden and is launching a variety of projects during 2015.
