The area is seeing a plethora of new development applications coming forward, and those at the forefront of some of the most game-changing proposals will share short presentations sharing inside information on their plans, before taking questions from our virtual audience.   • Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council – is driving economic growth in the borough through major job creating schemes as well as a significant house building programme as part of their local plan. Eleanor will join the session to give more intel on these schemes and also give an overview of their wider plans for the region and where opportunities will be unlocked over the coming years.
  • Quinn Estates – As one of the biggest developer firms in the area, Quinn Estates are transforming numerous sites. From the £250m Newtown works scheme in Ashford to a 9,000+ home garden community planned in Sittingbourne worth around £4bn and set to create around 8,000 new jobs – they’ll reveal exclusive intel on where they’re up to and what’s next for Quinn Estates.
  • Folkestone and Hythe District Council – The council have significant housebuilding plans with thousands of net zero homes to be built over the coming decade as well as 3,500 homes from their current stock to be retrofitted by 2050. Andy will join the session to talk about these plans as well as revealing more intel on 3 brownfield sites the council are bringing to market and touching on their Town Centre Place Plan.
  • Countryside – Countryside Properties have a multitude of development projects in Kent with approximately 1,900 homes set to be delivered over the coming years on multiple sites across the county. Davinia will be on hand to discuss these development schemes and touch on Countryside’s future plans to develop and create new communities in Kent.
