Cycle to UKREiiF is a new cycle challenge to help property industry professionals to get to the inaugural edition of the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in the most sustainable way possible. Organised by Club Peloton, the real estate’s cycling community transforming young lives, the ride will travel from Lancaster to Leeds on 17th May in time for the start of UKREiiF. Participation in Cycle to UKREiiF also includes entry to UKREiiF worth £800.

UKREiiF connects people, places and businesses to accelerate the Levelling Up Agenda, whilst unlocking sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment across the UK. The three-day event (17th-19th May) brings together the public sector – with every core UK city and region involved – alongside Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more.

The 110kms route from Lancaster to Leeds will take in stunning scenery, with plenty of rolling roads for group riding as well as some hills for riders to take at their own pace through the Forest of Bowland, making it challenging enough for most. Off the bike, riders will be treated to a sustaining and delicious breakfast, a coffee stop at Clitheroe’s Puddleducks Tea Room and a light lunch before arriving at UKREiiF.

The ride is open to all levels of cyclist and riders will be supported by Club Peloton, enabling them to focus solely on riding and networking.
