Landsec – Marcus Geddes, Managing Director, Central London Property giant Landsec became the latest developer to make a fresh bet on employers upgrading to more ‘green’ workspaces in the capital with plans for a new commercial development on Broad Street. The scheme consists of a 23-storey tower with 360,000 square feet of offices and 3,500 square feet of retail space. Landsec have also been busy moving into the flexible workspace market with their Myo brand – with plans for 3 new flexible office locations across London this year. Marcus has been leading on these plans at Landsec and will join the lunch to discuss their future strategy and the future of commercial real estate in the capital.
