Exciting new development and investment company This Land have announced the purchase of 20 new sites across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough as it drive forward it’s plans to create new neighbourhoods and communities within the East of England.

This Land, who’ll be presenting about their plans for the sites at our Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Economic Growth Conference, plan to create desirable new homes and neighbourhoods with a market-leading approach. With a real focus on ensuring the sites are developed with high-quality design they’ll be building nearly 600 new homes.

The sites are a mix of different land – including both rural and urban – and will therefore be approached in slightly different ways to ensure their portfolio is integrated into the region. The land locations include:

  • Soham Northern Gateway
  • Hereward Hall
  • Brampton
  • Foxton
  • Wicken
  • Guilden Morden
  • Litlington

David Gelling, Managing Director of This Land and confirmed speaker at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Economic Growth Conference, said: ”We’re delighted to announce This Land’s ambitious plans evidenced by the recent acquisition of 20 sites all located in Cambridgeshire, an area of significant economic growth. This Land is committed to going above and beyond for its customers through the delivery of desirable neighbourhoods and setting new standards for a future beyond the traditional house builder in the UK.”

This Land are looking at further sites across the region as they look to grow their fast growing portfolio by a further 1,000 new homes – and they’ll be talking about their schemes above and other potential sites, and how you can get involved, at the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Economic Growth Conference in December.
