She has worked for Countryside Properties and Crest Nicholson dedicating her career to the property development industry for over 20 years, with 15 of these years at Board level specialising in sales and marketing , corporate communications and building highly successful teams.

Oona is the Chief Executive of  United Communities, a Bristol based housing association with just under 2000 homes in the City. Her background is in development and she has over 20 years experience  of developing a range of tenures, from 1000 home regeneration  schemes to small garage and self build sites.

Oona is a Board member of Bristol Community Land Trust, Bristol Hospitality Network for Asylum Seekers and was  a member  of Bristol  Mayors Homes Commission  and Chair of Home 4 Bristol.
