Oona is the Chief Executive of  United Communities, a Bristol based housing association with just under 2000 homes in the City. Her background is in development and she has over 20 years experience  of developing a range of tenures, from 1000 home regeneration  schemes to small garage and self build sites.

Oona is a Board member of Bristol Community Land Trust, Bristol Hospitality Network for Asylum Seekers and was  a member  of Bristol  Mayors Homes Commission  and Chair of Home 4 Bristol.
