Helen Moore; Managing Director City & CountryHelen Moore

Helen joined as Residential Managing Director in March 2010 assuming responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and leadership of the team with a focus on the Company’s ambitious growth plans. She has worked for Countryside Properties and Crest Nicholson dedicating her career to the property development industry for over 20 years, with 15 of these years at Board level specialising in sales and marketing , corporate communications and building highly successful teams.


Andreas Lindelof – Managing Director Skanska DevelopmentsAndreas Lindelof

Andreas is Managing Director at Skanska and responsible for their UK development business. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the development process, having worked for many years at a senior level within Residential Development in Sweden, and Commercial Development in both Hungary and Romania. Andreas has a strong green and health & safety agenda within the built environment and passionate about ensuring projects are viable and deliverable to the highest standard.
