The Bristol Property Lunch is an exclusive, intimate networking event, focused on the region’s built environment sector. As the industry evolves in tandem with the announcement of public land projects, housing and regeneration schemes and PropTech innovations, the Built Environment Networking team are putting you in touch with the key decision makers and leaders driving the change.

The event will involve a VIP lunch interspersed with a panel discussion featuring investors, developers, landowners and other end users who will highlight their key projects and future ambitions.

Dandara Living – Zoe Sharpe, Senior Development Manager

Dandara Living are developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market. Their growing portfolio includes more than 7,400 homes in 10 towns and cities across the UK. Dandara Living’s pipeline in Bristol will deliver over 1000 new homes.

They recently submitted a planning application for their Clarence Road project which sits within the Temple Quarter masterplan area.  It will create 432 high quality apartments plus a ground floor terrace and public space with commercial uses connecting Chatterton Square and Clarence Road with a much improved public realm and public route through the scheme. Zoe will discuss this project, their key role played in the Bedminster Green regeneration area and their wider ambitions for the city

Hill Group – Dan Haines, Head of Land

The Hill Group have been appointed to deliver the first phase of the massive Hengrove Park scheme in Bristol by Goram Homes, Bristol City Council’s housing company. This first stage of this landmark development will start to address the need for affordable one and two-bedroom properties, helping to get people off the housing register and into homes. This forms part of Bristol City Council’s commitment to support and enable 1000 new affordable homes to be built across the city, each year by 2024. Dan was brought into Hill to lead the charge on expanding their South West operation and will join the lunch to discuss their future schemes and partnership opportunities.

Cundall – Charlotte Mercer, Principal Engineer

Cundall is a global, independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering sustainable engineering and design solutions across the built environment. They have 24 offices with 1000 consulting engineers and designers who are empowered to act with flexibility and agility in response to the local market conditions and practices. Cundall currently operate in several locations in the UK and are in the process of opening a local office in Bristol to serve their South West projects and operations.

LGIM – Ben Rodgers, Head of Regeneration

Legal and General launches £350 million Temple Meads railway station regeneration scheme – proposing 500 new homes and 2000 new jobs to the region.  Ben will be joining us to discuss the revitalisation of the region and how economic growth can be brought to Bristol
