Ashton Gate – The Ashton Gate project is a key strategic development that looks to create a world-class Sporting Quarter for the city of Bristol. Following the completion of the £45m Ashton Gate Stadium rebuild, new plans for an expansive Sporting Quarter include a two-site development that will see an iconic £100m, 4000-seater home for the Bristol Flyers Basketball team and a new £162m urban village development just 500 metres from the stadium. Martin joins us to give an update on one of Bristol’s most exciting schemes.

Dandara – Dandara specialises in unique and exciting developments, with amazing locations throughout the UK. They have played a key role in Bristol’s Bedminster Green regeneration area that looks to redevelop five plots strategically located by Bedminster train station. Dandara is responsible for two of the major development plots, recently unveiling plans for what is known as Plot 5 – the area between the Windmill Hill railway bridge and Malago Road. Under the plans, the developer is set to deliver circa 340 new homes. Dandara has also started on site at Plot 4 – north of Malago Road – delivering 316 new homes having obtained planning in Summer 2021. There are plans to deliver more housing in Bristol as Dandara has recently acquired the Former Peugeot Dealership located opposite Bristol Temple Meads. Dandara’s pipeline in Bristol will deliver over 1000 new homes.

Goram Homes – Goram Homes is a subsidiary of Bristol Holding Ltd, which is wholly owned by Bristol City Council. They work in partnership with the private sector to build sustainable and affordable homes. The housebuilders have three major developments in the pipeline across Bristol. They are currently working in a joint venture with Vital Energi on their Castle Park Energy Centre, that will further develop the city’s low carbon heat network and deliver a new mixed-used development. Goram have also received approval for their new 268-home scheme in Lockleaze

Cubex – Cubex have successfully delivered a number of schemes across Bristol and the West of England. The dynamic property developer and investment company has acquired and developed a wide range of commercial and residential projects with a combined value in excess of £500m. They currently have a £100m+ development pipeline throughout Bristol including a £25m logistics development, and over £80m in projects associated with the city’s Finzels Reach scheme.
