With over 25 years of experience in the development sector, Martin is a specialist in the provision of affordable housing. Experienced in both the public and private sector delivery of Institutional housing, Martin manages the companies public sector activities as well as coordinating project delivery.


Will Curtis, Managing Director; London Biggin Hill Airportwill_curtis resized

With a proven track record as a leader in transformational change and development in the business aviation sector in particular, Will is recognised by his peers as a key industry leader. In his first 12 months as MD of London Biggin Hill Airport, he has been successful in his crusade to make the local community realise that a world-class specialist airport is an asset.

His extensive experience includes managing both private and publicly listed companies in Europe and the Middle East.

Will is not only a qualified business jet captain, but an award winning aerobatic display pilot and has recently qualified to fly the Spitfire.

Mark is Director of Regeneration and Transformation at the London Borough of Bromley.  Prior to joining Bromley Council, Marc has had several Director positions at Nottingham County Council, Kent County Council, Medway Council, Thames Gateway and at a London university.

Marc’s specialist knowledge is in the field of Regeneration, Development, Property and Planning.  At Bromley Marc heads the Council’s development/investment programme.


Simon Vevers, New Business & Strategy Director; The Hyde GroupSimon Vevers resized

Simon has worked in the housing industry for 17 years, for construction firms, local authorities and, for the past 13 years, in Hyde’s Business

Development department, delivering Bermondsey Spa in Southwark and Capital Quay in Greenwich, among others. Simon now leads Hyde’s

New Business and Strategy Team, whose remit is to deliver growth for the Group through joint ventures, regeneration and stock opportunities.
