Cutting Through The Noise: Why Combatting The Climate Emergency is More Than Just Net Zero; Sponsored by Waterman Group

Wednesday, 26th May 2021 1145hrs – 1330hrs

The race to Net Zero is on. In the lead up to COP26 companies, local authorities and national government are seeking and implementing the best approaches to reach the ‘end-goal’ of Net Zero by 2050 – or earlier. Yet as this singular goal becomes mainstream, there must be a more considered shift from Net Zero to broader Climate Resilience: resilience to future mitigation policies and technologies; resilience of existing assets and infrastructure to the impacts of climate change; resilience of business models to the new Net Zero economy.

Join this free-to-attend event to hear how investors, engineers and contractors are working together to drive this change.
