Alec Hamlin, Development Manager; Blueprint Regeneration 

Alec has worked for Blueprint since 2007.  Blueprint is a developer that specialises in the development of sustainable homes and workspaces and is wholly owned by Aviva Investors’ Igloo Regeneration Fund and Nottingham City Council.

Alison Woodall, Senior Asset Manager; Intu

Alison has over 15 years experience in shopping centre asset management and has worked for intu since 2004.  In that time, she has been involved in the leasing, development and evolution of intu’s portfolio of shopping centres including intu Eldon Square, Newcastle, intu Braehead, Glasgow and is currently Senior Asset Manager for intu Victoria Centre and intu Broadmarsh in Nottingham.

Alison has overall responsibility for both shopping centres in terms of maximising rental income and capital values, attracting new and exciting brands to the centres, as well as identifying opportunities for growth.  Her recent time has been focused on the refurbishment of intu Victoria Centre and the future redevelopment plans for intu Broadmarsh.
