East Midlands Development Plans 2019

The East Midlands is going through an incredible period of growth. Connectivity and regeneration of cities and towns is boosting the economy and it’s becoming an even more attractive location to invest and develop. There are now a number of major development zones across the region and these will be a focus of this event – as we hear about the biggest projects happening – and details on how firms of all sizes can get involved within the procurement process. • CEG – who’ll discuss their £450m Thorpebury scheme in Leicester where they’re building 4,500 new homes and 13 acres of employment space.
• St James Securities – they’re transforming a site in Derby which covers almost 5% of the city centre. The £200m Becketwell regeneration will be the focus of their presentation.
• Cassidy Group – they have several schemes ongoing in the Midlands who they have 4 new schemes in the pipeline, all of which will have a focus on PRS and student accommodation.
• Nottingham City Council – who’ll reveal details on major development projects, especially to the south of the city, as huge schemes are proposed to transform the city.
