The Edinburgh Property Lunch is an exclusive, intimate networking event, focused on the region’s built environment sector. As the industry evolves in tandem with the announcement of public land projects, housing and regeneration schemes and PropTech innovations, the Built Environment Networking team are putting you in touch with the key decision makers and leaders driving the change.

The events will involve a VIP lunch interspersed with a panel discussion featuring investors, developers, landowners and other end users who will highlight their key projects and future ambitions

Gary joins the event to talk about the ongoing evolution of the institution and how it plays into wider city placemaking and economic growth ambitions.

Crosswind Developments – Caroline Cuthbertson, Director

Behind the development of Elements Edinburgh – a strategically important site adjacent to Edinburgh Airport, Caroline and her team are bringing forward Scotland’s first digital quarter, a 30ha brownfield site, 6,000 jobs, 1m sq ft of commercial space and a new public park. Caroline joins the event to update guests and also talk about wider economic benefits for Scotland.

HFD Property Group – Stephen Lewis, Chair Scottish Property Federation & Managing Director HFD

Combining his role as Managing Director at HFD Property Group and Chair of the Scottish Property Federation, Stephen’s organisation delivers development that is essential so economic growth across Scotland.
