Leeds City Region Development Plans 2019

We’re back in Leeds this September where we’ll once again be bringing the construction and property industry together with well over 180 senior professionals set to attend. The key influencers from the region’s biggest companies will descend on the Civic Hall to network and make new commercially-rewarding relationships before we hear from some exceptional speakers. So many clients and developers have approached us to speak and therefore the event will hear from six incredible speakers

West Yorkshire Combined Authority are looking to utilise 103 hectares across several sites in the region to deliver the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone, and Harworth Group’s 64-hectare redevelopment of a former colliery site which was recently acquired will be also create further employment opportunities.

Tritax Symmetry are a key logistics and industrial developer and they’re actively looking at sites within the region, whilst Network Rail will reveal their plans to improve productivity – with several new stations prepared, major upgrades to the network and station planned, and more. And Homes England are looking to unlock tens of thousands of much needed homes across the region – and are working on several sites including a 21-acre pocket in Harrogate and a 16-acre site in Wealstun.
