Myles Hartley, Managing Director; Caddick Developments myles_hartley resized

Myles was appointed managing director of Caddick Developments in 2015 and oversees the continued expansion of the company’s development programme.

This impressive portfolio includes Cross Point Wakefield, residential schemes in Manchester and York, a retail scheme in Gateshead anchored by Asda, Quarry Hill in Leeds and the recently acquired City One site in Leeds City Centre.

Myles has worked with Caddick since 1997 and in his most recent role as director he was responsible for sourcing and delivering a wide range of schemes, as well as overseeing the Group’s renewable energy division.

He has a degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield and previously worked with Leeds-based Weatherall Green & Smith, undertaking all aspects of agency and general practice work.

Mark Jackson, Managing Director; Scarborough Group Mark-Jackson Resized

Through his own company, Spring Real Estate Partners, Mark works as an independent consultant to Scarborough Group managing two key projects, namely Thorpe Park Leeds and Sheffield Digital Campus. After graduating from the University of Reading Mark joined Teesland (part of Scarborough Group) in 1995. He moved in 2002 to join one of Scarborough’s development partners, the housebuilder Gladedale Group, becoming a director of a number of companies within the Group and Managing Director of its mixed use division, ‘Reland’. Mark re-joined Scarborough Group in January 2010 as the company re-launched itself into property development in the UK. He then set up Spring Real Estate Partners in 2014 to develop his own business while maintaining close ties to Scarborough Group.
