Craig Burrow – Regional Director – Bruntwood

Craig joined Bruntwood in 2007 after several years working in the Leeds offices of Sanderson Weatherall and DTZ, dealing with all aspects of office agency and development across the  Yorkshire markets.

Since joining the company, Craig has been closely involved with the expansion of the Leeds portfolio, including the acquisitions of 14 King Street and City House. He has also been instrumental in driving Bruntwood’s Leeds occupancy rates to over 95%, attracting numerous new occupiers and directing the Leeds team in the delivery of the high Bruntwood standards of building operation and customer service.


Joe Swindells – Development Executive, Hammerson

 

Joe began his career in 2003 and has worked for a number of international consultancy and joint venture property companies, delivering commercial, leisure and retail schemes in London and throughout the UK. In 2008, Joe was employed by Hammerson Plc as a Development Executive to deliver Union Square Aberdeen. Opened in autumn 2009 it is the largest retail and leisure scheme of its type in Scotland. More recently, Joe has taken on responsibility for delivering Eastgate Quarters in Leeds, a 1million sq ft retail led city centre regeneration project, which received outline planning permission in July 2011.


Richard Tovey – Development Director, Gregory Properties

Richard joined Gregory Properties Limited in 1995 from the Leeds office of Colliers Erdman Lewis where he advised land owners, developers and financial  institutions on commercial property. Previously he benefited from  development-company experience with the Yorkshire-based property subsidiary of the Bayford Energy Group of Companies.

 


Guy Gilfillan – Head of Office, Lambert Smith Hampton

Guy is responsible for developing LSH’s business activities throughout Yorkshire and the Humber via leading a team of highly focused and driven individuals at offices  in both Leeds and Sheffield. His depth of knowledge, gained from over 25 years of working in the commercial property sector, is unique in terms of his coverage of West and South Yorkshire.

As an expert in the transactional marketplace, Guy has been involved in many large scale projects in the public and private sectors, with clients including GMI Property, Harworth Estates (UK Coal), Scarborough Property Group, Sheffield  Hallam University, Strategic Regional Health Authority, West Yorkshire Police, and YorCourt.


Christine Addison – Acting Chief Asset Management Officer, Leeds City Council

 

Christine Addison has worked for Leeds City Council for 16 years in various regeneration and project management roles, having previously worked in London primarily on capital programme and land issues, service procurement and spending reviews. She is also the Council’s Chief Regeneration Officer. She has responsibility for the Councils land and property, design, asset management, major projects and area based regeneration programmes.  She is also the Project Director for the Councils Housing PFI Projects.
