Kevin Mudd has worked within the financial services industry internationally since 1982 and has over 30 years’ experience in fund management, portfolio management, managing clients’ assets, product design, marketing and distribution.

Kevin is a graduate in Economics from the University of Wales and holds various certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Kevin currently holds the position of Treasurer and Executive Director of The European Federation of Financial Advisors and Financial Intermediaries (FECIF), an active member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA) and a former Chairman and current member of the Board of Cyprus International Financial Services Association (CIFSA), which actively lobby to improve Financial Services legislation.

John Latham, Director of Deputy Vice Chancellor Projects; University of LincolnLincoln Development Plans 2017 - John Latham

John Latham recently joined the University of Lincoln after a 25-year career with the City of Lincoln Council, as Director of Deputy Vice Chancellor Projects. In this role, John is supporting the Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellors to implement the University’s Strategic Plan & working on a number of discrete projects, including Degree Apprenticeships and Smart Cities. John is also working with the GLLEP on helping Greater Lincolnshire to maximise the engagement with the Midlands Engine. His last role with the City Council was as Executive Director of Communities & Environment; prior to working in Lincoln John worked in London and Derbyshire.

John Chairs the Historic Lincoln Partnership and the Lincoln Engineering Breakfast, is a Trustee of the Historic Lincoln Trust, a Board Member of Investors in Lincoln, the Lincoln Science & Innovation Park and a Non-Executive Director of YMCA Lincolnshire; he is also a member of the Fabric Advisory Committee for Lincoln Cathedral. In addition to his role at the University, John works as an Executive Leadership Coach, working with individuals and teams.
