We’re set to have a number of expert names and influential voices from across London’s real estate and property industry joining us at the event. The speakers include:

Regal London – Steve Harrington, Planning Director

Regal London are one of London’s leading residential led mixed-use developers and are undertaking multiple large scale projects across the capital. They recently submitted plans for the Fulton Road scheme in Wembley, which will deliver 759 homes and 30,000 sq ft of commercial space with a project cost of £270 million. They are also bringing forward a £65 million project in London Fields which is planned for completion in 2024. Steve will discuss these schemes and Regal London’s pipeline of 2,300 residential units and 308,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Greater London Authority – Lisa Fairmaner, Head of the London Plan and Growth Strategies

With a myriad experience in planning and place shaping, Lisa lead on putting together the new London Plan which was published in March 2021. As the statutory spatial development strategy for Greater London, the plan will deliver thousands of new homes and billions worth of infrastructure investment. She will discuss how the plan will support inclusive development and regeneration in London and the impact it will have on those invested in creating a ‘city for all’.

Enfield Council – Peter George, Programme DirectorProgramme Director, Meridian Water

The £6 billion Meridian Water project, being led by Enfield Council could stake a claim as being London’s most important regeneration project. The 25 year programme will see the development of 10,000 new homes and thousands of new jobs on the 210 acre site. The 4th stage of the scheme is about to begin, with the next 800 BtR and affordable homes alongside commercial and community space. Peter will discuss how the next stages of the project will unfold and the partners they are engaging with along with opportunities to get involved.
