They have already committed £266m for 694 new homes in Lewisham, Barnet and Kingston for which parent company London Square will act as developer. Hines is bringing forward the 1.8 acre 18 Blackfriars Road development project in Southwark. This mixed use scheme has a GDV of £1bn and will include residential units alongside office and retail space. Jurrien de Koning is leading on all residential acquisitions as well as overseeing the management of Hines’ current UK portfolio of approximately £1bn.
