The London Property Lunch is a series of exclusive lunches focused on our capital’s built environment sector. As the industry evolves with the announcement of public land projects, housing and regeneration schemes and PropTech innovations, the Built Environment Networking team are putting you in touch with the key decision makers and leaders driving the change.

The events will involve a VIP lunch interspersed with a panel discussion featuring investors, developers, landowners and other end users who will highlight their key projects and future ambitions

Amro Partners – Tom Donnachie, Investment Director

Amro Partners are the trailblazers of Net-Zero Carbon Built-to-Rent developments, they are changing the standards for Highly Sustainable Purpose-Built rental properties across the UK & Iberia. Following the recent announcement of their £170 million BtR housing project in South London, they are also working £200 million Croydon Park Hotel BtR project- which aims to deliver over 600 homes.  Tom Donnachie will be joining us on this session to discuss investment and growth plans in BtR.

HUB – Victoria Manston, Development Manager

HUB is an award-winning residential developer that offers better living, good design and real communities. Currently constructing 245 BtR homes at Abbey Place Road, London and The Landing projects which includes 429 rental homes. Victoria – Managing Director will be joining us on the session to discuss the rise of BtR and future developments.

Quintain Living – Rajesh Shah, Executive Commercial Director

Quintain has signed its largest construction contract to date, investing £227 million to deliver two new Build to Rent buildings – currently known as NE02 and NE03 in Wembley Park, Brent. Rajesh will be joining us to discuss upcoming projects, the future of housing and BtR development in London.
