London Property Lunch; Sponsored by MRI Software

Friday, 3rd November 2023 1200hrs – 1515hrs

Gordon Ramsay Heddon Street Kitchen, 3-9 Heddon St, London W1B 4BE

The London Property Lunch is a series of exclusive lunches focused on our capital’s built environment sector. As the industry evolves with the announcement of public land projects, housing and regeneration schemes and PropTech innovations, the Built Environment Networking team are putting you in touch with the key decision makers and leaders driving the change.

The events will involve a VIP lunch interspersed with a panel discussion featuring investors, developers, landowners and other end users who will highlight their key projects and future ambitions

They will have unprecedented opportunity for direct audience input and engagement, putting you in touch with potential future clients

The November event will focus on the future of commercial property in the capital. The property sector is being affected by constant changes – namely where people work, where and how they want to live, how they shop and how often they travel.

And as one of the most carbon-intensive sectors, there are growing obligations on both landlords and tenants to manage and reduce the environmental impact of property. The accumulation of these factors is accelerating the digitalisation of the property industry as it works to remain competitive, retain tenants, increase revenue, and drive asset appreciation in the face of unprecedented challenges.

This session will delve into the future of real estate for property owners and investors with an experienced panel of property experts and leaders discussing how they’re using data, technology and AI to face the future with confidence.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Landsec’s £500m office Broad Street scheme
  • Intel on TfL’s £1.4bn property portfolio
  • Intel on Landsec’s Myo workspace office brand
  • and much more…..

Lunch speakers and VIP guests include:

Marcus Geddes,
Managing Director, Central London
Sinead Kenny,
Managing Director
Daniel Lovatt,
Director of Asset Management
