The London Property Lunch is a series of exclusive lunches focused on our capital’s built environment sector. As the industry evolves with the announcement of public land projects, housing and regeneration schemes and PropTech innovations, the Built Environment Networking team are putting you in touch with the key decision makers and leaders driving the change.

The events will involve a VIP lunch interspersed with a panel discussion featuring investors, developers, landowners and other end users who will highlight their key projects and future ambitions.

Be First Regeneration – Anna Sinnott, Director

Be First Regeneration have ambitious plans to build London’s largest new film and TV studios for 25 years opposite Dagenham East station – costing £300 million, contributing £35 million annually to the region and creating 1,200 new jobs. Anna will be joining us to discuss current masterplan as a catalyst for economic growth.

British Land – Symon Bacon, Development Director

British Land has unveiled the latest proposals for its ongoing makeover of its Broadgate campus with a £250 million project – a 32-acre pedestrianised neighbourhood that bridges the City of London financial hub and the creative, tech-focused communities of Shoreditch and Old Street. Symon will be joining us to discuss, recent developments, creating a visions, regeneration, and rejuvenation of the capital.

Lendlease – Selina Mason, Director of Masterplanning

Lendlease has submitted plans for £3.5 billion Silvertown mega scheme – planning to build 6,500 homes in East London, 50% of which will be affordable housing. The project aims to create the next generation of homes and workplaces, including art features and leisure facilities, cafés, restaurants and bars, healthcare spaces, schools, community and commercial spaces
