Be First Regeneration – Anna Sinnott, Director Be First Regeneration have ambitious plans to build London’s largest new film and TV studios for 25 years opposite Dagenham East station – costing £300 million, contributing £35 million annually to the region and creating 1,200 new jobs. Anna will be joining us to discuss current masterplan as a catalyst for economic growth. British Land – Symon Bacon, Development Director British Land has unveiled the latest proposals for its ongoing makeover of its Broadgate campus with a £250 million project – a 32-acre pedestrianised neighbourhood that bridges the City of London financial hub and the creative, tech-focused communities of Shoreditch and Old Street. Symon will be joining us to discuss, recent developments, creating a visions, regeneration, and rejuvenation of the capital. Lendlease – Selina Mason, Director of Masterplanning Lendlease has submitted plans for £3.5 billion Silvertown mega scheme – planning to build 6,500 homes in East London, 50% of which will be affordable housing.
