Portsmouth and Hampshire is buzzing and for several years now the attractiveness of the South coast has not only been a draw for tourists but now it is a key area for business. The City Council are pleased to have an opportunity to update the business community on current development activity and plans and are keen to use this platform to engage and consult with the supply chain. National Regional Property Group and THAT Group have significant schemes in their development pipeline and The Vice Chancellor from the University of Portsmouth will outline their estates strategy ensuring that the City attracts and also retains talent in the area.
