This new and exclusive members only club is open to main board representatives of the leading companies in the UK Property, Real Estate and Construction industry. Meeting once a month the event will take place at the prestigious Spencer House in St James’ Place, London’s most magnificent eighteenth-century aristocratic palace. We’re delighted to have already confirmed several Founding Members for this event, all of whom will meet at this exceptional monthly gathering.

The BE Premier Leaders Club provides a unique opportunity for you to meet the most senior decision makers at your clients and peers – in private. There will be plenty of opportunities for private conversations throughout the evening – with the whole of Spencer House exclusively available for you.Three VIP Guest Speakers will talk during the evening – with information on the speakers below, and there will also be a four-course meal prepared by the world-renowned Chef Gareth Wilkinson, and your wine will be specially chosen by Sommelier Paul Bennett.

Venue Information

Spencer House is London’s most magnificent eighteenth-century aristocratic palace. Built between 1756-1766 for John, first Earl Spencer, an ancestor of Diana, Prince of Wales (1961-1997) it is London’s finest surviving eighteenth-century town house.From its conception the House was recognised as one of the most sumptuous private residences ever built in London and a building of unique importance in the history of English architecture. Designed by John Vardy and James ‘Athenian’ Stuart, the State Rooms are amongst the earliest and finest neo-classical interiors in Europe.
