Samantha’s expertise lies in the valuation and appraisal of senior living and healthcare properties, providing annual portfolio valuations for lenders, investors and operators nationally, including statutory bodies. These include extra care/assisted living including retirement villages, nursing and residential homes, specialist units to include learning and physical disabilities, special schools, children’s homes, secure units, medical centres and hospitals. She also carries out demographic analysis and research on market needs on healthcare facilities and developments, expert witness work and strategic reviews for various healthcare properties.

Lifestory – Mark Dickinson, CEO

Created via the merger of major retirement living developers Pegasus, Anthology and Renaissance, Lifestory have set out ambitions to develop 5000 new homes for the over 60’s marketplace. They are particularly on the hunt for development opportunities outside of London and this event is timed perfectly for Q3 2021 when Mark will be able to update the audience with exclusive news on sites that they are bringing forward.
