The Thames Estuary has significant strengths: its proximity to London, international trade via its ports, strong universities, further education and research institutions; and availability of land to deliver high-quality homes and employment opportunities. It has the potential to support unprecedented growth and is a tapestry of productive places along a global river, generating an additional £190 billion GVA and 1.3 million new jobs by 2050. At least 1 million new homes will need to be delivered to support this growth. This conference, with the support of London Borough of Bexley, Thames Gateway Kent Partnership, South East LEP, Opportunity South Essex and more, will tackle the challenges, the needs, and the opportunities to help bring this vision for a thriving corridor to life. The event represents a unique opportunity to take the pulse of the development and construction sectors and to share exclusive insights and opportunities the Thames Estuary holds and the important role that has to play in driving economic growth and business within the UK. It will include many speakers that have a direct input into the delivery of the Thames Estuary Corridor project who will be looking to engage with investors, developers, suppliers, designers and more. The conference will see: 400+ Delegates. 30+ VIP Speakers. 20+ Exhibitors.
