Bruce Allan is a director in the Valuation Department at GVA and for over 25 years has provided a broad range of valuations in the investment, owner occupier and development markets.

Given the roller coaster experience over the last 7 years where are we seeing the money being leant, where is the debt free cash being spent and what is happening in the land market.  Moving forward how will EPC’s effect you and what should you be doing now to avoid future pit falls.

Jeff Pearey; Director (North East), JLL

Jeff is the Lead Director for JLL’s business in the North East.  He is based in Leeds and has almost 30 year’s experience in the property market in the region advising Developers, Property Companies, Institutions and Occupiers.

Having concentrated on the office sector for most of his career he has been involved in some of the region’s key transactions including the negotiations almost 10 years ago to let 02 Telefonica 240,0000 sq ft at White Rose Office Park.  More recently he agreed the lettings to DWF at Bridgewater Place and the pre-letting to Shulmans at No 10 Wellington Place.  Jeff also acquired new offices last year for a range of occupiers including local solicitors, wealth managers and corporates.
