Aedifica invests £45.5 million in 3 care homes in the United Kingdom

Aedifica will invest approx. £45.5 million in the acquisition of a brand-new care home and the construction of two care homes in the United Kingdom.

These purpose-built care properties will each comprise 66 en-suite bedrooms for seniors requiring continuous care. We look forward to continuing to develop and invest in futureproof healthcare real estate with our local team.”
