Aprirose, the real estate investment company, has secured planning consent from Hillingdon London Borough Council to develop a prime new industrial and logistics scheme at Heathrow.

Located on the site of a former NCP car park, on the corner of the M4 spur road and Bath Road just 100m from the Heathrow Airport, the development will include 90,000 sq ft of industrial, warehouse and distribution workspace, with ancillary office space, landscaping and car parking provision.

The proposed scheme is expected to generate over 200 new jobs, while providing much needed additional capacity for industrial workspace, in a prime and accessible location, adjacent to the airport and in close proximity to the strategic road network.  The property spans over 4 acres.

Meenal Devani, Managing Director and CIO, Aprirose, said: “Occupational demand for high quality, sustainable and well-located industrial and logistics workspace in Greater London remains exceptionally strong with supply struggling to keep pace with demand. We are pleased that this green light paves the way for this scheme.  This planning consent demonstrates our ability to drive value from real estate by continuing to be agile in our approach.”
