Atkins and Faithful+Gould, members of the SNC-Lavalin Group, have announced plans to deliver a three-day programme of panel discussions, keynote sessions and activities at their Sustainable Futures Pavilion at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) – which takes place on May 16-18 in Leeds.

Experts from the leading engineering, design and project management consultancies will share insight and deliver interactive sessions across the three-day programme, with a focus on creating thriving places through sustainable infrastructure and sustainable economic opportunities, underpinned by digital innovation.

Mike McNicholas, Managing Director for Infrastructure, UK & Europe at Atkins, said: “The transformation of our built environment will create unprecedented opportunities to rebalance our regions and deliver truly sustainable futures for communities across the UK.

“Our sector has a major role to play in designing and delivering the greener infrastructure, improved transport links and greater investment and opportunities that will create thriving places and better outcomes for all.

“UKREiiF provides the perfect opportunity to build new partnerships and focus on the factors behind a successful, sustainable net zero transition and we look forward to continuing the conversation at this year’s event.”

Keith Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UKREiiF, said: “We’re pleased to announce the continued support of Atkins and Faithful+Gould. They came on board early last year and have managed to secure another pavilion at this year’s event.

“Last year’s Building Better Communities Pavilion was full of amazing content with high-level speakers and we’re excited to see their programme for UKREiiF 2023!”

Led by the UK’s leading property events company Built Environment Networking and supported by some of the biggest UK property and Infrastructure companies, the second annual UKREiiF event will be held in Leeds on 16-18 May 2023. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
