Co-Living Bartra Capital

Bartra Capital is set to bring forward four co-living sites in Dublin – spending more than €130m on the schemes.

The organisation – who’ll be represented at the Ireland Development Conference by Strategic Planning Director Hazel Jones – will bring forward projects at Ballsbridge, Rathmines, Dun Laoghaire and Castleknock.

The four co-living schemes will create up to 400 jobs throughout construction and 60 full-time roles once they’ve been developed.

A spokesperson for the company said: “We may in the future look or examine the possibility of a small and select number of further opportunities in locations relevant to internationally mobile single people and healthcare workings in the Dublin Area.”
